During our time as muralists for Triangle Lake Charter School, we drew from local community members stories and natural history. From guided tours with locals, we learned about the history of logging, the lake culture and wildlife in the rural Oregon region to be included in the mural. Design features the region's Triangle Lake landscape with underwater perspectives of otters, elk, fish, nests.

This map was commissioned for the 2nd grade classroom at Elkton Grade School in Oregon near the beautiful Umpqua River. Depicting continents, oceans and specific species found in each region, the school will use this to teach young people about animals and habitats of the world.

The final day on this mural in Elkton, Oregon. A sweet community and welcoming experience painting at the grade school. No doubt I'll be back to visit and see how the school uses this to teach young people about animals and habitats of the world.
